Just a guess but I would think that certifying would not be an issue for Ruth if there is an open spot at 184.

Like every other decision, it should probably be made on it's merits. If the recruit is in the right position and is almost a sure thing to compete for multiple years, then I lean that way. Claugherty and Hottinger have made huge strides since last season. I wonder if it another year os seasoning or finally getting the minutes needed to polish their games....or maybe both.
