Re: Lafayette

The 3-point shooting of Walker and Clougherty were the difference makers. Lafayette clogged the lane and their bigs were more than Lehigh could handle.
Lehigh has seemed to right the ship. Hope they can beat HC in Worcester on Wednesday

Re: Lafayette

Lehigh lost that game at the foul line where they were 11 for 23. That's not a good high school line. I hope they snap out of it Wednesday night

Re: Bycknell

Bucknell was by far the better team today. Lehigh couldn't shoot, couldn't defend, missed foul shots, and turned turned the ball over. Every team has one of those games now and then. Lehigh just picked a bad opponent against whom to have this one.
Hopefully they'll bounce back against HC on Wednesday

Re: A Must Read (IMO)-Women's Basketball

That is a great story.
The Morning Call has one too on how the six Minnesota players ended up in Bethlehem:

Re: Mt. St. Mary

This team has the depth and experience that the men's team lacks. Their very different records bear that out.
Nice win!

Re: ALL PL TEAM

The league's seven coaches vote for this, right? So if one more coach voted for Hamm than Woetzel, that decides it? Can coaches vote for their own player? I'm trying to understand why It's not Woetzel. He really deserved it.

Re: RIVALRY

I know that injuries are part of football and not an excuse, but Rosen was knocked out for the season in the opener, Burbage goes out for the season in game 5, Monaco in game 9. A DB and an RB leave the team during the season. Starters on the OL missed games as did Hill. Maybe we were lucky to win 4...

Re: RIVALRY

There were two freshmen on the OL this year. They will be better next year. We need a QB and depth at RB and WR. The defense loses its best player (Woetzel) plus McCloskey, Wilson and Morrow but the D coaches are outstanding and they have a lot coming back. I think there will be further improvement ...

Re: Bucknell

Lehigh has played Bucknell more than any team other than Lafayette. Saturday is the 83rd meeting between the two. This year's L-L game is number 155

Re: Merrimack

I'm a glass is half-full kind of guy so I'll post only about what I liked about yesterday's game: - The improved defense had six sacks and forced two turnovers - Special teams got their second blocked punt of the season - Zaythian Hill's 60 yards on 4 carries - The quarterback change Next week will ...
