If what you’re saying has even a modicum of truth, how is it that the Wall Street Journal ranked Lehigh as the 14th best university in the country?

Since it’s inception, Lehigh has been the top team in the Patriot League. We had a poor coach who damaged the program. Now, we have the right guy in place to get it turned around. I believe that being a part of turning around an historically strong program, is an exciting place to be.

His chances of playing professional football are pretty slim. He has a free ride to the school ranked number 14 by the Wall Street Journal. He has a chance to play close to home on a grass field, in one of the nicest FCS stadiums in the country. Why would he think about going anywhere else?

He was on sabbatical this year to recover from the accident. My guess is it won’t have much of an effect except maybe some additional motivation to win one for him.

You really can’t blame Cahill for the quality of the roster. He was hired too late in the game to make a big difference recruiting wise. There are clearly some very good players just not enough. How he recruits next year will be the acid test to determine the future direction of the program. From a ...

What’s hard to understand is why it took Sterrett 4 years to move on from Gilmore. It was clear after year 2 and crystal clear after year 3, that he wasn’t the right man for the job.

Nova is just better in every way. Heck, they had 19 5th year players on the roster and we had 3. That tells you everything you need to know.
