I thought that was what I said.
Mostly trying to differentiate between stipends and NIL and how Lehigh is behind the 8 ball in both cases.

Re: Transfer portal
WRESTLING ROOM/PSU fans reportimg KASAK to wrestle 157LBS which to me seems a bit high. So, according to Flo's preseason rankings (and I think they try to be accurate and not speculative with weights) they have Kasak at 157, Mesenbrink at 165, Haines at 174, Barr at 184 and Starocci at 197. ...

Re: Week-End Salvo: Special Early East Coast Edition
My source on that is the man who started it all at PSU whose initials are contained in term NIL.( albeit 13 months old) From a former SID" every athlete on any roster, every team, does not have to be a starter, at Penn State gets $3000." The NCAA allowed colleges to pay athletes a stipend ...

Re: Columbia Head Coach Opening
It's my understanding he flipped his commitment to Penn, and I don't think he's much of a heavyweight prospect. I'm guessing that people have not noticed that our large stable of HWTS has dwindled to just Nathan Taylor. There were only 3 on the roster this year and Chakif and Moore are graduating. ...

Re: Columbia Head Coach Opening
I'm not sure "in shambles" is too strong at the moment. If I look at the Ivy League at the currently. Cornell is in a remarkable place right now. After that Princeton is in a state of transition, that hasn't really produced as of yet. Columbia is losing coaches and wrestlers to the portal ...

Re: Columbia Head Coach Opening
I'm not sure I understand you post.
Mark Hall who until about a week ago was a coach at Penn (not Penn State, where he wrestled). And yes, he moved over to the Oklahoma staff as I posted.
The Ivies, except for Cornell is in shambles.

Re: Transfer portal
I have zero inside information but both Haines and Kasak have had enormous success at Penn State and seem attached at the hip to the institution. Speaking of David Taylor, didn't Oklahoma State bring in Hamiti earlier this year? Perhaps OkSt may not be an ideal landing spot for Barraclaugh. Just a t...

Re: No Juice
I think LU has done a better job of developing wrestlers than CU in recent years. CU has recruited more high school superstars and has overall out recruited LU by a wide margin, yet LU has kept up with CU on their dual meets and EIWA's This is where I become the villain :-) Although you will get no...
