Nothing to do with mats and configurations….. has to do with EIWA trying to maintain respect in the wrestling community at large…… Lehigh hosting is their best bet to do that….. first year without Ivy’s having school’s like F& M, Bing, and so on host would seem like a mistake…… What is the fasc...

I agree 100% on this - what is most disturbing IMO is the lack of transparency on the part of the Ivy League - what led to this announcement, and how does this benefit member schools? This thread has gone on long enough already, so how about a hypothetical? A few years down the road, Brown or Columbia drop wrestling. The Ivy, with 5 schools, is no longer a qualifier, Do they come back to EIWA or seek a 6th school?

I'm out, but there in spirit. Enjoyed last EIWAs in Bucknell. But alas, back issues precludes sitting in stands for 10 or 12 hours over 2 days.
