Re: CJ McCollum
Unreal performance. Best player on the floor the entire second half in a game 7? Good for the man. You knew he was feeling it with the chase down block and that dunk. There was no regular season "saving your legs" in this game. It was full beast mode. Credit to the blazers (and Lillard) fo...

Re: Matt Logie
Seems like a good spot for him. Coming into a winning situation at a higher level is rare - usually the programs willing to take a shot on a coach from a lower division are coming off a poor season. Clearly not the case here. If he can keep winning games at PLN, he will be well positioned to move to...

Re: Coaching Change
Yeah - it's kind of crazy to think about how much talent Lehigh had over CJ's career. The best PL player in history plus Gabe Knutson (10th all time in scoring, All-PL), Holden Greiner (All-PL, 1k points), Mackey McKnight (2x All-PL, 1k points, all time assist leader at the time). All four future pr...

Re: Coaching Change
Shouldn't our first call for Associate Head Coach position be to Matt Logie? Seems like a no-brainer. I would hope we could pay more than D3 Head Coach money (maybe not?). Logie is back home, but he'd be a nice "in waiting" at Lehigh. He had a "down" year this year and won 21 ga...

Re: Coaching Change
First major shake up since Matt Logie left in 2011. Do we bring in a new associate head coach from outside or promote from within? New outside thinking ( defensive task master?) ????? Really like coach Wyche, hate to see him leave. I would argue losing Ryan Krueger was a major shakeup. Krueger left...

Re: The program
Couldn't agree more '90. Attendance is down around all of college sports, so that's not a unique problem - but at this point Stabler is a real albatross. It is the antithesis of the modern sporting venue - way too big, seats far from the court, no easily accessible group areas to gather casually, ha...

Indoor Practice Facility?
Was curious about some of the "transformational capital projects" related to athletics that are being hinted at as a part of the GO campaign. Searched around a bit and came across these renderings of a full sized indoor practice facility... https://www.alloy5.com/portfolio/indoor-athletic-...

PL Hoops: Coaches Poll vs Final Standings - Last 4 Seasons
I was curious about the idea on how badly Lehigh has been underachieving in hoops compared to preseason expectations. To take a quick look, I compared the preseason coaches poll vs the final order of finish of every school for the past 4 seasons (i.e. if you were picked 2nd but finished 4th you woul...

Re: Pat
I expected I would be more bummed about this, but after this past season - I support it. Pat can play and next year's team was likely going to be a step down talent wise - unless there is a big surprise in the freshman class. Not really being in contention for a title this year, why would Pat want t...

Re: Semi Sunday.....LU and Others
Not sure how you could come to any conclusion other than Doc is an average (at best) coach. He has one regular season championship in twelve seasons (some in an 8 team league and some in a 10 team league). That is less championships than if they just rotated it around the league and let everybody ta...
