ImageImageLehigh Valley Caps Regular Season This Friday, Saturday at PPL Center April 9, 2018 Lehigh Valley, Pa. – The Lehigh Valley Phantoms, proud AHL affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers, are pleased to announce that forwards Pascal Laberge and Isaac Ratcliffe have joined the Phantoms from their respective teams in the Canadian Hockey League (CHL). ImageA 20-year-old forward from Chateauguay, Quebec, Laberge is coming off a four-year career in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) where he compiled 62 goals, 116 assists and 178 total points across 224 games in time with the Quebec Remparts, Victoriaville Tigres and Gatineau Olympiques. A second-round selection (#36 overall) by Philadelphia in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft, he split time this season between Victoriaville (31 games, 6 goals, 14 assists) and Quebec (33 games, 11 goals, 16 assists). A 19-year-old winger from London, Ontario, Ratcliffe is coming off an impressive season with the Guelph Storm of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) where he paced all Storm skaters with 41 goals and 68 total points. In three seasons with Guelph, he’s amassed 74 goals, 61 assists, 135 points and 147 penalty minutes across 180 total games with the Storm. ImageRatcliffe was a second-round selection (#35 overall) by the Flyers in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft. Bound for the 2018 Calder Cup Playoffs as Atlantic Division Champions, the Phantoms cap the 2017-18 regular season with a pair of games at PPL Center this weekend. First, on Friday, April 13, Lehigh Valley hosts the Bridgeport Sound Tigers in a 7:05 p.m. clash in downtown Allentown. Friday’s game features the annual Canned Food Drive presented by GIANT Food Stores. Then, on Saturday, April 14, the Phantoms have their final tuneup before the 2018 Calder Cup Playoffs when they host the rival Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in a 7:05 p.m. showdown at PPL Center. A limited number of tickets remain for both games this weekend and are available HERE. The Phantoms will once again be hosting an Orange Out during each home playoff home this season. Fans are encouraged to wear orange to each and every postseason game at PPL Center as we create the best and most exciting home-ice advantage in the league.
