Actually on paper we have shot past the cap by a couple depending on all the verbal commits coming. Guessing there are players not returning.

They are WOs. It means they go through regular admissions. Wont be on roster until August.
We have a number WOs now. Not unusual to have some bail after a year or two. Also possible an injured player has to retire or some get into academic issues.. Going to see a good bit of shuffling between now and Sept.

Could also be attrition when a new regime comes on board, although offensively, there should be fundamental continuity.
