2020 offers spreadsheet

Back-to-back PL champs 2016 and 2017.... but need to get back to relevance in the national FCS scene.

Did Lehigh have any potentials playing in Hershey last week? I know Bucknell has a good WR/DB from Dallas coming in. Wyoming Area's Qb DeLuca was apparently offered a preferred walk-on spot at PSU and Pitt.

I remember a few years when you could go to Hershey for the state wrestling tournament, and not only see 3-5 signed wrestling recruits, but 3-5 football recruits. It was a lot less common with Coen than with Higgins and Lembo.

Rosters now are much different geographically than back in the Small Higgins Lembo eras. Recruiting landscape in the northeast vastly changed and much more competitive than back in the 90s and 2000s.

And Whiteheads era. Of course in one of those eras we had a team with two guys from Belgium (American School of).

Maybe not getting more wrestlers and more guys from Pa/NJ is part of the Problem, Sure we need wife receivers from Georgia and Florida. I don't think our running backs from Schuylkill Haven and South Williamsport presented a big homesickness problem.

Nor do the RBs from Mich and and NCar.
We still get most of our players from Pa ans NJ. Just not as many from the LV.

Aptly another offer from the weekend. A DE from Texas.

During the late 90's, start of the Strobel era, the wrestling team could have fielded a team with 10 guys from 10 different states, none being from Pa or NJ, guys from Minnesota, Oregon, Calif, Colo etc, and it would not have been a team we would have expected to lose to F+M.

But still, when we concentrated on PA, guys like Trenge and Letters, we certainly became better.
