It appears that Lehigh is recruiting him as DE. It will be really nice to have that kind of size on the DL

Looking at the video on HUDL...in HS he relied on a speed to penetrate from the outside edge into the backfield.
He will run into bigger quicker OLs that present a tougher challenge to get around. Time invested in the weight room to add 20 lbs of muscle will serve him well and get him playing time faster if he can also play an interior position.

He is a very trim 260. Picture on his tweet of his verbal at Lehigh shows him and I assume his Dad. Dad is 2-3 inches taller and much heavier.

This is a very good get. Championships start with defense and the defense starts up front. Nice to see us beat out a number of quality schools.

From that same Penn lIve player evaluation Jablonski comes in At #80
Here is what they had to say

80. Christian Jablonski

School: Ligonier Valley

Position: DL

HT/WT: 6-5, 250

Buzz: The Lehigh commit is probably best suited to adding mass and strength and moving inside. As is, he plays on the edge for his team, and shows good strength, holding his own against tackles there.

Nice to get a Western Pa. kid with solid roots in the great town of Ligoneer. Played loads of golf at Laurel Valley Golf Club with local kids like Christian toting double golf bags with ease and great middle America character as well.

Let's hope for a few more nice catches in the second wave of recruits this month.
