Scrimmag #2

Back-to-back PL champs 2016 and 2017.... but need to get back to relevance in the national FCS scene.

sorry Rich, you and ngineer have only a few years on me, so I am in that old fart category too

I stand by my earlier comment that the OL is the key, we have yet to see the 5 "presumed" starters work together as a unit

Hey those years count :D :D
I agreed with you that we need. OL before SFU. Coach Zarkoskie has his work cut out for him.
I've gotten a few more evewitness accounts. All agree on issues with OL and kicking. Think OL can be fixed. Not sure kicking can be. Split duties between Henning and Van Dusen may help.
O not quite as bleak. Monaco handled pressure and perormed well overall. Allen did well particularly on flares and middle passes.
A lot of frosh stood out on D. Sibblis DL, Bland LB Leach CB.Burbage WR stood out.
Biggest plus on D is Coach K.

we've been blessed with some solid kickers for quite some time now, hoping one of the two asserts himself and steps up, nice to hear the RB is back in the pass game

Yes, the RB was back in the pass game and good to see. It was used to effect.

Oh forgot DiPietro hookup with Beesmer for a TD. Beesmer showed some good feet on a few scrambles.

Catch the video on the Football Partnership's Facebook page. Good highlights and interview with Gilmore. Seems pretty upbeat from what he saw...however, the "coach speak" of having to "clean some things up" makes me laugh.
