LEHIGH VERSE NOVA

Back-to-back PL champs 2016 and 2017.... but need to get back to relevance in the national FCS scene.

Guess whose Total Defense is now ranked No. 42 in the nation?

LU's 380 yards per game given up, so far, is way ahead of the past few years of defensive abominations, where it ranked among the worst few teams in Total D.

Hopefully they can keep it up.

BTW: Dusquesne was No. 1, Villanova 27, St. Francis 53, Lafayette 56 (second in PL).

Anyone planning on going to Delaware game this weekend?

Overall, some real positives to look at, yet there's still a long way to go to be consistent enough to compete with teams like Villanova.

ok guys...lol!!! you guys are going back (BC) ages. Ted, Rogers and Ty Cobb. Im a huge Tiger fan but the likes of Harry Heilmann just dont register with most baseball fans. I purposely left off the (BC) era players. Starting in the twenties and only guys name that register are Williams, Hornsby and Cobb. I was referring to Williams and George Brett who really got robbed of hitting 400 but really did and even Tony Gwynn got robbed. Anyway, these guys were greats and failed more than thEY succeeded. Our guys are playing there first games. Give them time. We are going to be ok. BE POSITIVE...
