Villanova

Back-to-back PL champs 2016 and 2017.... but need to get back to relevance in the national FCS scene.

Thanks. Psyched...just not sure for what tho. Keeping Nova under 35 would a a good start if Nova is as good as they seem to be on paper. More interested in our O. Will it score?? Red zone production? OL pass blocking?
QBs ? Which one? Cahill says we will emphasize the run. We have the RBs. Do we have the blocking?
STs . Better kicking. Better punting. Better kick coverage.

Dang a long list. Won't get it all but I think we need to get more than 14 pts.!!!

Meet the new boss
Same as the old boss.
Don't get fooled again.

Lehigh is a lost institution in desperate search of leadership from the Board, President, Provost, AD and on down to many of the coaches. It isn't just football, it is mediocrity everywhere.

We just are not a competitive institution anymore. Very sad state affairs across the board. Been connected to Lehigh since the 1940s.

Well ..all I can say is hope you are wrong HFO

So the School and the Football Coach are the same? Both lost? I dunno..

And when Cahill starts winning you will say Lehigh is a world leading institute?

Cahill woke up to the Villanova game today and realized he doesn't have a bunch of Yalies out there ..it's a big drop in talent. Mountain Hawks have a quarter of the talent Villanova has and the kids have been poorly coached overly last 3 years by TG. Even so the Defense showing some sparkles by his Offense cant get started and intercepts are killers.

Let's give the new Coach a chance..smart guy imo by needs a QB a 2 good recruiting classes..smh

1. This series needs to be stopped. Getting pounded is getting old!
2. Nova lines superior by 50 lbs per man vs LU
3. Just outclassed at every position
4. Left at 31-3 in 2nd qtr.

Nova is so dominant on both lines. The Lehigh offense does not look ready and keeping backs in to block is making it easier for Nova to cover.
No real surprise today.

Some day, I’d like to hear an explanation for the Gilmore hire.
The AD is good guy and dedicated to the school, but hiring Gilmore was Sterrett’s Folly.
It’s still incomprehensible even after the end of the G-man Era.

One game does not make a season.

We should ALL expect adjustment and growing pains after the start of a total revamp.

It's gonna take more than a few games to get everyone on the same page....especially against a top 10 FCS team like Villanova that have built in system advantages v Lehigh in recruiting and retention.

Patience
