Again, thanks for the data.

I have no idea about the scholarships vs PWO but 13 returning DB and adding 9 more in this recruiting class seems excessive. I get the feeling that 1or 2 may end up as WRs.

Also look forward to seeing what role Matt Machalik may be placed in. He is one of bunch of "athletes" in this class.

Been awhile since we had a roster in August with numbers in the mid-90’s. There will certainly be a winnowing and shifting of the positions. A good number of DBs typically have WR experience. I came in as a WR and shifted to DB after gaining 30 lbs!

Just noticed that of the 13 DBs returning were Logan Jones and Michael Jordan who I believe both entered the transfer portal. I noticed that Jones has signed with South Carolina State.

Lehigh hosted official visits this weekend. Even with 33 in the class,we are still offering '24s.and schollies.

Some interesting info coming out of campus recently. It appears Silbor has left school and returned to AZ. In addition, Perri has announced he is coming back for 5th year. That is good news in terms of having leadership in the QB 'room' and in what should be an interesting competition. I think there was general consensus among those of us watching the season that Silbor was not showing necessary growth during the season and his 'body language' was not encouraging when adversity occurred. One needs more than a strong arm to be a D1 college QB, even at the FCS level.

DiNucci is confirmed to be returning to his starring role in the LB corps. We will also have co-capt. George Padezanian back on the OL after missing virtually entire season with leg injury. Team anticipates a roster of about 95 come August.

If that is true, would not be at all surprised to see Machalik under center.
