giving up 42 to Penn would be a huge regression for this D, don't see that happening

Lehigh 34- Penn 31. Today starts a 6 game win streak...

Final
Penn. 30. Lehigh 10
Offense is a mess. D is better but not nearly good enuf to cover a bad offense.
OL still shaky at . Not used to an offense that doesnt score.

I really don't like being negative but thank goodness basketball practice starts in 44 days. Maybe its just the nature of where the Patriot league football situation is right now. With the exception of maybe Colgate, PL football programs have all regressed since scholarships. I'm just a casual follower and an alum/fan of Lehigh football and know almost nothing about X's & O's. But this has become more than a down year or so..... This is a distinct trend to mediocrity and below. League wide.

PL upgraded schedules anticipating better players. We've gotten some but not nearly enough to compete OOC.
It is demoralizing to watch these games.

We should all be thankful for the bye week.
BTW. Princeton up 51-9 over Monmouth mid 4th period.

as I said on the AGS board, we have become Bucknell, even looking forward to BB season, demoralizing to say the least

This team is a hot mess and has been now for the better part of 3 years. It's crystal clear what needs to be done but of course nobody is willing to do it.
