Back-to-back PL champs 2016 and 2017.... but need to get back to relevance in the national FCS scene.

I feel that injuries have really killed Lehigh this year. Injuries to the Oline, depth in the secondary, and linebacker have made the first set of games harder to win. Now we all know that we have not replaced our two stud WR from a year ago as well but hoping in the next two games our younger guys step up. We do have the ability to win the Patriot again, and we do get Colgate at our house.

I agree the last two recruiting classes were strong, lets see how they develop this year and next.

Hi 98. Agreed. Jorge and Christiano are very good. Luke has the speed.Ankle hopefully healed. Bibbens is solid as is Bianchini. I would like to see Dambach get some PT . Tall and fast.
OL s/b healthy finally with Evans. Still a patchwork but with the additional time and reps they can be mire cohesive. So many ifs.

2 Deep doesn't mean anything, I haven't seen any changes on it. I do not even see Montgomery on it and he is back healthy and maybe the best DB on the team. He brings a toughness with him. I haven't seen him all year long wonder what his injury was. Evans being back is huge we need a pocket for our QB and holes made for our backs.
I am hoping Montgomery plays this week. Princeton has been scoring a lot and giving up a little.

Kareem is at 2 at S. Was last week also. Agree on his toughness. Suits rotates his guys so he will see the field. We will need all hands.

True. Altho Evans actually started game. He wasnt in unison tho with others. Healthy line now with more reps. Fingers crossed.

Hopefully, he gets his snaps down. Well over half at Penn were at Mayes' head or above. I really think that had some part in Mayes' dysfunctional performance. When you are not getting protection AND having to worry about where the snap is going, it is tough to focus on where all of your receivers are supposed to be. The OL needs some good stability and if Mayes gets time, we should be able to move the ball. And, I hope like hell we use our backs more on screens and wheel routes..but that can only happen if the OL does its job.

Some more insight on OL changes, more from Keith Groller at the Morning Call:

As Sunday noted, Coen was not happy with interior OL at Penn. So Evans has mived back to OG, Wagner back at C and Zuesky moves up at the other G. Coen also noted that Mayes has to play better.
