Hoyas

Back-to-back PL champs 2016 and 2017.... but need to get back to relevance in the national FCS scene.

It looks like the interview was scrubbed. Saw it this morning and went back to show the wife and it is gone. My prayers go out to coach. Apparently, the OC and DC are running the team so Andy goes we need to find a coach from outside the organization because the OC and DC can't do the job.

Agreed Wilson. My sense is that Joe already preparing for this. This has been bubbling for last 2 years.
I have been through 2 downturns like this over my time. They tend to be painful and require time to rebuild.
The only sure way to shorten that time is to hire the right HC quickly. Some interesting options at first glance. Cecchini, Folmar and from LFN. the OC at Monmouth Morris.
Any other??

Huge mistake if they bring in a retread. Should consider a bigger name someone like Rich Rodriquez from Arizona.

That would be nice but HCs in PL make 250-300,000. Thats less than FBS assts make.
LU at its best hires capable coaches on their way up the ladder.

Phil Stambaugh strikes me as good choice for OC.

PS is here, in the valley. A return to his alma mater should be seen as a great promotion after years at small high schools. If Andy remains, and if we continue to ignore the defense, which has become a five year sojourn into darkness, it's imperative that we be able to score forty to fifty ppg.

The wheels have been wobbling...are we waiting for them to fall off?

If any employee is "not well", "ill", or "physically unable to perform", it becomes the solemn duty of (Joe Sterrett) to deal with the problem, and not ignore it.
