Hoyas

Back-to-back PL champs 2016 and 2017.... but need to get back to relevance in the national FCS scene.

They have missed 4 fields goals. 11 total punts between the teams. We apparently gave up a safety. 1:23 left in the third, Sad Hoyas 9, Sadder Lehigh 6.
Extra point was blocked and returned for two. Otherwise LU wins in regulation, but so what!

Well we have locked down last place on our way to a 1 W season. Commenting meaningless now. Change is needed.

Andy happy with the way team competed and his request for them to play hard with excitement. Now they're just jinxed. :geek: :geek: :geek: What coach actually says such stupid $hit!!!

Georgetown stinks. They aren't any better than when we were demolishing them for the past two decades. We have unfortunately sunk below them as the PL doormat.

Lehigh doesn't win another game. This is a 1-10 season that really should be an 0-11 season. Worst in my lifetime. If Sterrett brings back Coen, I don't give a cent to the school until this mess is fixed. If they don't care, why should I?

Like Bucknell says every fall, when does basketball start?

We were only 5-6 last year with an all American tailback, two stud receivers, and an experienced O-line.
This is hardly a precipitous fall!

Geez. I saw the game . Yes guys played hard. But we lost yet again. If Its not the players, who do I look to for this 1-6 record?? Reasons become excuses after a while. Excuses dont win games. Up to staff to put playets in the right place to win. Am I seeing that??

Terrible game! Other than Brags reaching 4000 yards..play calling very predictable especially down by the goal line

Hand off to DB and then a pass to Portoreal

Over and over

Could ya mix in a screen pass or a draw play maybe?

Defense "played well" but this is G'Town!!?

So true ... and last year was on three years removed from the 3-8 season and the debacle in Yankee Stadium.

I watched the last three quarters today.

I have to give the D some kudos. They handled the rush well (not that G-town has a rush, but they tried to be tricky), but D gave up too many big passing plays. It was bend but break when GT could not kick several FGs.

The offensive play calling is inconsistent if not awful. Execution inconsistent, too. Brags seemed to do well in second half with some sets with what looked like an extra TE or WR in toward the middle of the field -- hard to tell exactly on TV.

A fullback, or OL/LB playing that role, would really help this team.

I'm starting to think this team's past few years would have been awful without our big WRs.

It's time for a change, a dramatic change from outside -- someone who will assess the situation independently, as Higgins did -- that will take us a few years to recover from. In hindsight, it should have been made after the 3-8 season.

It was one sloppy game.

Time to start getting next year's starters some PT.

Good point Sunday. We arent going anywhere this year. Might as well give backups more PT, particularly those behind seniors.
