Definitely a trap game and we got trapped . 13-12 for RMU. We put on a frenetic rush in the 4th but fellvshort.

LU at half up 8-6. 3rd we were otscored 6-1. 4th we had 3 -1.
Stats are mostly all for LU by large margins. We took FOs 24bof 29. GBs shots all big.
Couldnt watch but we slept thru the 3rd. Must give props to RMU goalie I guess. He was in a shooting gallery.

Not sure why it would be a trap game. Can't imagine they were looking ahead to St. Bonaventure. A disappointing effort plain and simple at both ends. Not sure how you win 24 of 29 face offs and lose even when their goalie had a big game. The offense has gotten sloppy and continues to turn the ball over way too much and the team has trouble clearing the ball at critical times. Bottom line, RMU was a 3-7 team coming into the game. It shouldn't have been close. Ugly!

A stinker like that shows their heads weren't into the game. This team should not be taking anyone lightly. This loss will be a difference maker as to whether Lehigh would get any consideration for an at-large berth, assuming they were to win all the rest of their games except Loyola in a PL final. Of course, after a game like this, they are far from out of the woods to even getting that far. Turnovers in most sports, are generally caused by lack of focus. Sorry to see this, as they were really creating a nice season and but for Loyola appeared to be headed to a strong finish.
