This has gotten really interesting.

With one week left in the season, Lehigh is in a 4 way tie for 1st place with Army, Colgate, and Loyola at 5-2.
Navy and Boston University are at 4-3.

Army is playing Loyola. Colgate is squaring off with Boston University. Lehigh is at Lafayette which is 2-5 in the PL.

Playoffs start on April 30 and there should be a home match and possibly a bye if Lehigh takes care of business.

Lehigh with an exciting 13-12 win over Lafayette and gets the #2 seed and a bye to the semi-finals of the Patriot League Tournament.

They will play the winner of the Colgate-Boston U game on 5/3 at home.
The game will be televised on CBS College sports at 7:00

That was a wild game. Nerve-wracking. Pretty much captions the season. High scoring close games. Happy NCAA. Me? Well, it's a good warmup for football.

Nerve wracking for sure. The two quick goals after Lafayette took the lead late in the game was the sigh of relief I needed.

This team has been pretty remarkable after a tough start after losing a ton of talent and the head coach. Scudder and staff have really instilled a never say die mentality. There is still a lot of work to be done yet though.

The men are not the only one's making this post-season exciting.

The women with a 2OT win (12-11) defeats Army and advance to the PL semifinal.

Note: Lehigh lost to Army 19-7 in the regular season so this is a huge upset.

The next game is Thursday night against #10 ranked Loyola

Helped by a huge 2nd half run, Lehigh defeats Navy 12-8 and advances to the Patriot League championship on Sunday at noon. Again, it should be televised on CBS College Sports
