Hope it holds for you Trav. This is a MUST win for us. Buckies are a tad better than Navy.

Lewisburg weather about the same as our's for tomorrow night. Good chance of wintry mix beginning about game time continuing thru to Tuesday a.m. Good luck Trav on Rte 80 coming back.

Would love to get this one. A number of the Orange people on their board have been berating our attendance (or lack of relative to their's), despite the fact that our seasonal attendance is just about mid range for the league. Also delighted in describing Dr. Reed "magic" after the Colgate blowout. In general I'd describe their posting fan base as plentiful, knowledgeable, loyal, engaged, and (excluding 137) downright snooty. I guess when you win the league that often you get to be that way.

And while on the subject of their attendance...... what the hell else is there to do in the winter in Lewisburg anyway? I see "Mars Attack" (1995) is playing this Wednesday for free at the Campus theater downtown...and that's about it for excitement in Lewisburg....

For the second time this season the weather is going to be a serious adversary for this game. It looks like the snow might move in BEFORE the start of the game which means by 9 pm the roads will be covered with some accumulation. There will certainly be travel restrictions/bans placed on 80 at some point. I was up for the an adventure but not the type of adventure the weather will present.

Commentary

Trailing by one in the standings and given a chance to knot things up with a win away from home, we shouldn’t lose sight of the fact that five games remain to be played after tonight’s encounter out in Lewisburg. And, more importantly it’s not simply a two-team race to the top. Consider the fact that with six games remaining on their collective schedules, Navy could conceivably finish the year with 11 W’s, AWP with 12, and AU with 13. Today we have 9 wins and Bucky has 10. Scoreboard watching and watchstadium.com viewing has never been more fun than it is now. Following tonight’s encounter, both Bukcy and LU will have 5 games remaining on their schedules. Each must take to the road for three. There, nothing is for sure. Just remind Bucky of BU and AU and remind LU of CU. Yeah, this is fun! And then there’s always the League tie- breaking formula to consider. It points to how the tied teams did against the team(s) directly below them in the Final Standings. Talk about drama. For those of us who might be into such things, might I remind you of the fact that Bucky earned a split with AU and LU has a chance to sweep the Eagles. Ummm.

A game of runs. Our D is hit or miss. Cant guard Kimbal. We rely on shooting to win. We get cold we lose..
We may have the most talent I suppose but we dont have the best team. D wins games and titles.
A good 1st half. Schooled in the 2nd.
I really thought we would be more of a complete team. Missing Marques hurts no doubt.
Seems very common this year for so many games all around to be split halves. Each team wins a half.
Ah well I'm wandering. Trying to understand this team.

Live by the 3, die by the 3.
We were 6 for 22 (27%)
