2019-20 Out of Conference Schedule

Post by Lehigh65 » Sun Apr 14, 2019 9:01 pm

Continuing the long-standing tradition of scheduling games against some of the nation’s strongest programs and, when possible, in the backyards of our players’ family and friends (known by fans as “home-coming” games), Coach Reed has out-done himself again. Take a peek at what lies ahead in 2019-20 campaign. The stats are courtesy of KenPom.

Auburn Tigers (30-10) SEC
11th ranked with 4 NCAA Tournament wins

Virginia Tech Hokies (26-9) ACC
13th ranked with 2 NCAA Tournament wins

Washington Huskies (27-9) PAC 12
48th ranked with 1 NCAA Tournament win

Sorry Mr. Karnick, Seattle was as close as we could get to Surrey, British Columbia. Family and friends I’m sure will make the 126 mile trek.

Egad. That's a lot to bight off. Here's hoping the rest of the OC has some winnable high profile mid major games.

I'd like to see up play University of Detroit Mercy (just U of D years ago when Dick Vitale was the HC.) Callahan Hall is a cool gym to watch a ball game. I saw Dickie V and Al McGuire go at it several times back in the mid-70's.

You can now add Yale to the schedule. They visit Stable on Saturday, Dec. 7th.

If you're a Siena fan, you'll have to wait another year or two to catch a glimpse of your team. Our 2 year run appears to be over. The Saints just announced their 2019-20 OOC Schedule and it shows only AU, HC, CU, and Bucky out of the PL.

"Ofer" OOC, not including non-D1 games. Write it down.
This program is a complete disaster; PWOs are transferring.
Fire Reed or go D2.
