L 95-96 in OT
No D by either team. Cross a bad team. Even a young team should beat them. Guess we qualify as a bad team now. smh. Another game with great stats but no W.

Lax and softball start in a few weeks.

I woke up this morning trying to forget this game......... no success.

A very fragile psyche for this group. Two or three negative calls mid second half turned the the panic button on, transforming a 15 point Lehigh lead into a dog fight. I don't know anything about coaching basketball but even I can feel momentum. You could see the team tighten up and sense that "here we go again" feeling.

Evan Taylor going out with an ankle injury in the middle of all this didn't help. Hoping against hope it's not serious.

And the 'Pards await. So flush this one and play hard Saturday. Play loose, like there's nothing at stake. Because there isn't. Other than pride.

Lehigh scores 95 points and this board is dead.

What a difference a year or two or three make.

It's easy to be disinterested.

Dont think it is disintereat as much as how many times can you post the same opinions game after game. We are young. When we had Karnik we didnt have Nic. Now we have Nic but no Karnik. As someone said above a fragile ego. We had this game. A few things go awry. Taylor turns an ankle and we clutch. Some truly bad calls at the end but its on us that we went into OT. Talent is there. Knowing how to close out games yet to be learned.
Can this group coalesce into a team? Sure. Its the when that frustrates.
Truthfully I think a lot of fans thought Doc could really build a consistent top program after CJ. Came close at times with some excellent players but never quite got there. The cycle of hyped hope with each new class and inconsistent seasons has deadened some fans faith in Doc

In overtime. Against (what we thought was) the weakest team in the league.
"Rah-rah" only goes so far when we've underperformed for a full roster cycle if not longer. While we watch guys that could help leave the program.
Remember the excitement with TK, AP, KR, KL? That was good talent. And they achieved nothing. What does that tell you?
The program has serious problems.
