Roster
Roster
My annual quandry.
We have 8 schollie players plus Arion returning.
Frosh are
Li ,Tan and Sinclair plus Traina and Saigal.
11 schollie players? Is Arion a WO or not?
What am I missing?

Re: Roster
Next year:
M. Wilson/Karnick seniors (2)
J. Wilson/Lynch juniors (2)
Betlow, Fenton, Alamudun, Taylor, Arion* soph. (5)
Sinclair, Li, Tan frosh (3)
* apparently Arion is on scholarship. Verbal Commits thinks so. And Lehigh almost always carries only 12 scholarship players, though they are allowed 13 (I believe).... Someone please correct me if I'm wrong on the 12/13 business...

Thanks Jim.
Onto to Easterns and lax.

Re: Roster
On the upside, this is one of those rare cases where we can feel confident that we'll be better next year.
JW, JK, MW, and NL all got better as the season went on. I feel pretty confident that ET is going to be a Patriot League star.

Re: Roster
has anyone seen any recent news on JT Tan?
Re: Roster
Nothing to report. Rolling Hills was upset early in the CIF tournament. He was however recently named to play in some All Star game.

Here's a fairly recent story from a tournament:

Re: Roster
JT Tan had one of those performances Saturday that left longtime coach Harvey Kitani impressed.
Tan, a senior, scored 37 points and grabbed 25 rebounds as Rolling Hills Prep defeated Burnaby South of British Columbia 75-69 in the final of the Snowball Classic.
“That was one of the top-five performances I’ve seen,” Kitani said. “He carried us.”
Tan, one game after being double- and triple-teamed, did have to deal with a frontcourt that included a 6-foot-10 center and 6-8 forward.
“He fouled both of those guys out, he was phenomenal,” Kitani said.
Kitani, who coached at Fairfax for 35 years before taking over at Rolling Hills Prep, ranked Tan’s performance up there with Chris Mills’ 42-point night against Crenshaw in 1988 and Josh Shipp’s 40-point night against Bishop Montgomery in the Pac Shores Tournament final in 2003.
“There have been a couple of others, but this one … what a performance by this kid,” Kitani said of Tan.
Tan, who signed with Lehigh, was selected tournament MVP and Rolling Hills Prep’s Vaughn Flowers and Benny Gealer earned all-tournament honors.

Re: Roster
How is Jeameril? Seems like he has made a decent jump from his 1st year.
Ended the season with 3 huge games on 70/50/90 approx avg splits with at least 5 boards in each game!
Does he have that CJ potential to be a late blooming mid major star? One to watch?

Re: Roster
Interested to see this roster when NCAA basketball is back up and running.
Shame to lose Karnik, but like some of the recruits coming in, and Wilson's upside!

Lehigh could make a dent in the patriot league next year. Gotta finish above Army and Navy!
