Good luck to Audrey but Hildebrandt will be a really tough bout. She seems to Have Jiminez's # but anything can happen.

With 6 seconds left. AND a bogus stall point earlier in the match. The ref beat Valencia, not Brooks. Terrible.

Not surprising that Nits Fans would boo Burroughs.

Maybe I was the only one on this forum who was at the Dec 1988 dual at Rec Hall? John Epperly(we all remember how often he was injured) took down Dernlan, within seconds, right on the center circle. He hit his Fireman's Carry, so Dernlan was on his back, not getting off. John held him on his back for over 90 seconds. But then took injury. The ultra f'n stupid PSU started screaming ~"He is Faking"~.

Recruit PA

"When the day began, there were 20 men’s freestyle wrestlers, out of 69 total entrants, who either went to Penn State or currently train with the NLWC. There were 28 of the 69 who are from the state of Pennsylvania." The Mat

LVWC did not have a good showing.

Wow. Audrey is Tiny at 50 KG. I wonder if she will need to cut much for 47 Kg?

I suppose many of you already heard, but Aaron Brooks took out David Taylor, and Spencer Lee is truly back, and is the guy at 57 (who will still need to qualify the weight in May). Times are changing.

Well,..the men's TEAM is set. A few observations:

LEE and his suspect health/knees held up superbly! Hoping he qualifies via Turkey tourney..

RETHERFORD was a surprise in a WIDE-OPEN weight class.

DAKE as expected, and a sentimental favorite after his father's recent death.

BROOKS looked stronger, and takes out the prohibitive favorite, Magic-Man!

SNYDER is the rudder in-the-storm,..steady as she goes.

PARRIS in Paris! Nice ring to it.. :P

Definite Penn State FLAVOR on/off the mat! :?

Have to admit - shocked by the Brooks win/Taylor loss. Don’t know if it’s just me, but I find Brooks to be a boring wrestler. Strong as h*ll, but boring.
