[LehighSports] Lehigh celebrates EIWA championship season at 96th Lewis Wrestling Dinner

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh wrestling program celebrated its 2018-19 season with the 96th annual Lewis Wrestling Dinner on Friday, April 5 in the Wood Dining Room at Iacocca Hall. More than 200 wrestlers, staff, family, alumni and fans were in attendance to celebrate a campaign that was highlighted by Lehigh's second straight EIWA team championship and a 12th place NCAA finish with three All-Americans.

Lotta good guys in that Senior Class. Amazing when you think about it, though, how few rose to becoming major starters (Parker,Preisch, Schuyler and Wolf). Others had some moments in the sun, but injuries and rising underclassmen got in the way for many. It certainly sounded, though, as if they really enjoyed and thrived at Lehigh and, hopefully, they all go on to success wherever their hearts lead them.
