Well... it's gonna be a "long" drive back home for the team.
Hope this loss will kick them into gear against the Pitt Panthers tomorrow.
Till then, tootles!

Thanks D-3. You are much better than those Princeton Homers on ESPN+

Neuter the athlete, particularly males, to reduce aggression caused by testosterone; apparently LU has done that successfully.
Pretty tough battling PU squad and tough to see a huge number of them from the LV. Its early in the season. Monday’s late headlock was the diff or about 6 other 2 point swings. Pitt will roll us tmrw if thats what we bring.

This is nothing short of a total failure.

I had the misfortune of being there. Princeton won all the close ones. Losing LU guys couldn't finish their shots. They should carefully observe Kutler, who finished ALL his shots. Pom lost to a kid whom McGonagle beat rather easily a few weeks ago, if I remember correctly. Isn't this the third time that Humphreys has been ahead and then put on his back?

Great PA system at Jadwin and a fine announcer. Somebody said it was Ayres' wife. Whoever it was, she was a part time announcer, part time Princeton cheerleader but wasn't obnoxious about it.

Didn't know what to expect but Weiler & Jake did well against tough and very tough opponents. That's some consolation, I guess.

Paetzell out wrestled Glory. He looked great with the first takedown. Without the locked hands he wins. Of course he locked hands though....Humphreys will win later when it matters. Guys need to wrestle smarter but being aggressive like Humphreys is the style we want.

141-165 ugh

Pomrinca is what he is.... every match decided by 2 points or less regardless of quality of competition..... win some/lose some......

Hoffman quite honestly not what we were hoping for....and I’m not sure why...

Humphreys looks great, and then he doesnt.... continually

Meyer battles hard but is a undersized 165 (looks like a solid 157) how do we have 30 some wrestlers and no full sized 165???

Wrestle like you are trying to win, not like your trying to keep it close.... all You hear is how they work on opening up and attacking for takedowns.... maybe they are, but its not transferring to live matches....

Jamie Dubuque

The only problem I had with her was the one time she basically yelled at the ref on the mike- Where's the two! I liked the enthusiasm in general though. She knows h

Mike D'Angelo is a 5th-year senior, EIWA finalist two years ago at 157, ranked 12th in the country at 149. Hoffman was everything I hoped for yesterday -- gave the Princeton captain all he could handle. Maybe your unrealistic expectations are the problem.

38 wrestlers. Injuries have taken out two top 165s -- Cole Walter and Chase Gallik. Growth moved Kutler right past 165. You plan a roster well in advance, then stuff happens.
