With Hoffman and Karam out for the year LU has a major issue at 149. I would propose bumping Pomrinca up since Moran is pretty capable at 141. Damn shame.

Could we pull Hauberts redshirt? The fact that he only wrestled about 15 HS matches last season an college matches this is???.
Actually Either Moran or Pomrenca might be stronger at 149 than Cooley, and Moran at the lower weight seems better. But I am confident we will beat AU and navy with Cooley so essentially we have 3 weeks to get monsters H & K back

I don't think we'll go pulling redshirts until it's certain that both Karam and Hoffman are out for the season and I haven't heard anything definite in that regard.
In the interim, Cooley's the third 149-pounder on the roster. If we push a 141-pounder up it'll likely be the one who loses the battle for the 141 spot; could be that we see Moran / Pomrinca in that event. Hines cert'd at 141 and wrestled there, Paul Watkins cert'd at 149 and wrestled there; if we're talking about pulling shirts maybe it makes more sense to activate the guy who's actually been wrestling at the weight.

Why isn't anyone worried about Weiler and the hole at 184? Is he OK?
