I'm with "O" on this one - largely because mookie's credibility on the subject of transfers is ... well, zip.

Citing the coronavirus as a mitigating factor in his unhappiness is, well .... zip for odds.
p.s. there's also that "application" issue thing. But rumors and photoshopping are the rage these days, eh? ;)

Mookie is correct. It was almost a given on the Rutgers forum a month or so back that Suriano would not return.
However, things change, and if Ashnault says he'll be back, then who knows.
Apparently, Suriano's dad is a real piece of work.

Back to Seabass,

If he's actually headed back to NJ might LU be in the mix? Ineligle to wrestle at Princeton, right? Rutgers has a top quality 133, I think. Comes from a good school.

He's got one year remaining. Princeton's website claims that they only admit transfers after freshman and soph years, and very few in any event. That would seem to rule them out. If not, I'll bet Princeton will look at his transcript before admitting him.

So as a grad transfer, is he free to go anywhere? Or do Northwestern or the conference have the ability to dictate that he can't go to another Big 10 school? He is a legit title contender and of course I feel he would look really good in Brown and White if he had interest.

I never said that it was a fan's job. I'm certainly not expecting to personally see an applicant's transcript and application. But somebody sure as hell looks at it before an offer is extended. The day I learn that Lehigh does otherwise will be my last day as a fan.
