I wish him a ton of success but it seems that in this age this job comes with a lot of inherent risks, real or perceived.

Hope he's prepared to deal with the transgenders. This is going to be a big issue in women's sports.

County school boards will set policies and the coaches will follow those. No way they have to make things up as they go along.

Ok, so it will be the school boards that will get sued and not the coaches. Va bene.

Pennsylvania does not have county school boards except Philadelphia Ci, Juniata Co (2 schools that co-op in a lot of sports), and 4 counties with one HS, Mifflin, Forest, Cameron, and Sullivan.. But yeah, I don;t know that there is a good answer. I have not heard of the problem in any other sport in Pa. Really the biggest problem, so far as I know, in the state was the british (sysgen) boy who came to Wyoming Seminary as an experience Field Hockey Player

A long time ago, I realized just how different I could be at times, vs. other folks. That realization often helps me handle other people's differences.
