No radio for this dual (BB conflict)

Army was hit pretty hard by graduation and doesn't seem to have any impact freshmen. Their likely team --

125: Soph Ryan Chauvin, 1-2 this year
133: Plebe Mark Montgomery, 2-2; Sr Ryan Hetrick hasn't wrestled so far and last year's EIWA 5th Andrew Wert is no longer on the team
141: Sr Lane Peters, EIWA 5th and 7th, 2-0 this year; or Soph Logan Brown, 2-1 this year
149: Jr Corey Shie, EIWA 4th and 7th at 141, has been wrestling here along with Jr PJ Ogunsanya, EIWA 5th and 6th at 149, 4-0 this year
157: Jr Markus Hartman, EIWA 3rd, 4-1 this year (pinned by Hofstra's Holden Heller)
165: One of Sr Beau Guffey (1-1), Sr Will Lucie (0-0), or Jr Owen Brown (1-1)
174: Jr Brad Laughlin, 2-2 this year
184: Sr Taylor Brown, who wrestled 157 a year ago; 3-1 this year
197: Jr JT Brown, EIWA 4th, 4-0 this year
285: Probably either Sr Bobby Heald, 3-0, or Jr Ben Sullivan, EIWA 6th, 2nd seed last year, 2-1 this year

Whatever line-up they field, I suspect that Army will fight incredibly hard to redeem themselves after their pretty humiliating lopsided loss last season on their Senior Day in a dual on highly favorable turf to honor a fallen teammate.

Five of our favored wrestlers (including three ranked Top 8) won by four points or fewer. That's not exactly being humiliated.

The score was 24-9 when Army had a good team and all the advantages. Their upper weights were supposed to be strong yet they lost by a pin and three decisions in the last four bouts where the LU kids dominated from the top. I did write "pretty humiliated". I was there, it was in the air, and there was major despair.

I thoroughly enjoyed that win. No more obnoxious coach than Kevin Ward.

Boy, If Brandon Paetzell isn't making a guest appearance on the mat this weekend... he'll wont have very many dual match(es) left until the EIWA's.

Nothing like taking your 1st "warm-ups" of the season in the first round of your qualifier tournament! (IF that's going to be the way... :| )

Right now it looks like American's whole team will be doing that.

Video's on. Looks like two mats on the floor, so we're using Navy's technique of getting in extra bouts.

Well, now I just have Service Electric's test pattern.
