NCAA Seeds

Seeding all 33 spots again guessing Lehigh slots something like this:

125: Lane: 12
133: Hines: 14
141: McGonigle: unseeded
149: Hoffman: unseeded
157: Frinzi: unseeded
165: Meyer: unseeded
174: Logan: unseeded
184: Ammerman: unseeded
197: Jakobsen: 15
285: Wood: 9

Team will finish in the 20 to 30 range.

So they're seeding everyone, but six of our guys will be unseeded? O-kay .....

It's entirely possible that in this year the big teams suck up so many points that one mid-level placewinner plus a handful of support points is enough to crack the top 20. Just a thought; I haven't worked out the numbers to back it up.

Clearly 157 and 184 are unseeded and the others are hovering around the 30 to 35 range. So tell me how I'm wrong.

What part of "everyone at the tournament is seeded, so nobody is unseeded" don't you understand?

LOL..the big boy chimes in! I stand corrected...no idea how in the blue hell you seed every single wrestler but clearly I missed that.

On we go...

The NCAA has been seeding to 33 for a few years now. We're trying to figure out how in the blue hell you didn't know that.

First, congratulations to the team. All 10 qualify, team Champs 4 in a row, Wood being the first ever 4x HVW champion and Pat winning coach of the year. Was quite a day for the team.

They have been seeding the whole weight class for years. Makes early round upsets a rarity. Unfortunately, most of our guys will be seeded very high. I would say most of the EIWA qualifiers will be seeded very high. Could be ugly for the conference in general.
