Vito looking good, better than Fix in his last two matches.

174 - Starocci beat Lewis again, looking strong despite the leg; Welsh beat Ruth in OT; Shane Griffith looks to still be feeling effects from his leg injury, but came back in last minute to win.

Not sure what to make of these two bouts (and Stanich to follow immediately I think). Have a feeling Nate might find a way.

Schultz hasn't looked impressive in his last two bouts - few good moves, but knows how to throw his weight around.

Elam took Michael down and rode him out for almost TWO MINUTES!
Going into the second... Elam takes down... Beard riding and brings the riding time out.
But Elam gets out w/ his RT intact (>1mn.)
MB takes neutral in the third... ELAM TAKES HIM DOWN AGAIN!!!

 That's it... wtfh?!?

Hard one to watch, looked like he got down early and his old enemy mental fatigue set back in....

Beard didn't seem to be wrestling his usual style, didn't convert a couple; Elam took more shots

Welp... the Transitive Property doesn't work well in Div 1 wrestling.
Cardenas beat Elam in their dual meet up in Ithaca, 4-0... Beard won over Cardenas handedly in the duaL at Grace... beat him again (albeit closer) in the EIWA finals... but here we are. :|

it sucks!

Just a tough matchup w/ that length of Elam. But only 1 win away from AA....and his possible opponents include 2 EIWAs not named Cardenas, Stemmet (18 seed) or Smith (26 seed). He should be heavily favored to get AA

Nathan mostly let Schultz dictate; lots of shoving, Nathan didn't move enough - a few shots but couldn't budge the big boy. Nathan loses in OT. Still can AA.
