American / Navy Weekend
Re: American / Navy Weekend
165 | Brian Meyer vs. Anthony Wokasch...
(I gotta watch the replay of the Cornell/Rutgers dual later. )
...how come the graphics shoe Fitzpatrick instead of Wokash?
Meyer leads 2-1 after one. Wokasch takes bottom.
Meyer takes Wokasch to his back for 2+2 at the buzzer. He leads 6-2 after two. Meyer down.
Good work by Brian as he gets the well deserved majorD 13-3 and LEHIGH ratchets up the score 29-8.

Never argue with an idiot... he'll bring you down to his level and beat you with experience.

Re: American / Navy Weekend
Meanwhile Army lays a 27-9 beatdown on Penn. No recaps posted yet, but it looks like Weiland wrestled at 157, not Hartman, and beat a Penn backup. Not sure why Artalona didn't wrestle, assuming injury. Penn also forfeited 125.
Humphreys needs to beat Army and Penn to make an argument for the #1 seed (Hartman beat both Monday and Artalona at Midlands) but if he continues to put himself in bad positions that ain't gonna happen. And, the coaches would probably give it to Monday anyway. Last year Josh seemed to start wrestling at a higher level at the end of the season. Would love to see that again...

Spoiler alert: as I recall Cornell trailed at 133, 141, and 149 and won all three.

Re: American / Navy Weekend
**** Folks: Last night I was at a family function and could not watch the LU/AM dual. How do you access archived events on Patriot League? Inquiring minds want to know. Thanks in advance.
