I'm not surprised about that.
The way this virus is busting out all over way south of the Mason-Dixon line and all points due west is mind boggling to say at least.
I'm hoping that sanity and good sense will become... "fashionable" enough ;) that people will get it (good sense, that is) and start taking this pandemic seriously.

Stay safe out there!

A ton more testing and the mortality rate is falling.

Everything will be fine once we get to April. It will be like a miracle.

"Patriot League teams will not engage in competition in the fall season (championship and non-championship)"

I don't read academic-speak all that well, but does that really mean cancellation? Isn't there a possibility of the Lehigh-Lafayette game being held on April 24th?

Mortality rate no longer declining. More testing does not explain increased positive rates. Nor does it cause higher numbers of hospitalizations.

Sterrett is planning on a Spring schedule. Note Practuce and conditioning is allowed in the Fall.

I gather you really meant "Case Fatality Rate", not the mortality rate (is there such a thing?).

Even forgetting the obvious fallacy of your statement in general, testing does not create more cases. Only more known cases. Unless the swabs they stick up your nose carries the virus.
And hospitalizations have been up and fatalities are starting up. Testing doesn't do that.
