Does anyone understand how the Hofstra dual will be scored with the 15 or 16 individual matches? Just total up the scores from the individual matches or just take 10 of them that were predetermined?

Also wondering about Edmund Ruth’s status/weight. He’s listed at the end of the 174 preview behind a bunch of others it appears.

Excited to see some wrestling Saturday.

Cheers and Happy New Year!

I don't know for sure but heard they might not do team scores at all. More of a scrimmage with bouts that count.

The preview seems to open up the possibility that Humphreys may be back later in the year after rehabbing his injury.

Thanks. From the Pat and Jimmy Hoffman podcast it sounded like it still would count as a dual score somehow. We’ll know soon enough.

According to Hofstra, 16 bouts, no official team score. https://gohofstra.com/news/2020/12/31/w ... pener.aspx

Thanks Whiz. I’ll be looking for your cutout eating a cheese steak in the stands on Saturday.

I've had a few cheese steaks where the meat was like cardboard.

New place on Mechanic Street called "Randy's Pizzeria" has been drawing raves from the locals for their cheesesteaks (and pizza). Pretty long drive for me for just a cheesesteak with no wrestling event, though.
