Well guys stunk and girls not doing any better. Just switched over from MBB. What little I've seen, BU is cleaning our clock.

Well we beat Cornell. :D

Team was not ready to play. No matter who they play, iNotre Dame or Lafayette, it's the same playbook, same rotations, same routine, same mistakes. They simply can't win big games and it's been going on for years. Not having Buhr is not an excuse. The class of 2020 experiment does not work. Try something else. HP is the sole leader on this team and the only one who tried to win tonight and when she was hot at the end, they gave her a breather!

Not having Buhr was a big factor Clougerty shot 0-9 and scored 0 in 22 minutes.
Dont disagree about team. We shot 28% overall. We rebounded well but G play was very poor.

Give PG a chance then, she's a good shooter! Play ME down low, not as a screener beyond the 3pt line. Steele should start now. She proved she should. Just adapt and adjust.

Insert PG for who? Pascoe is the shooting G. Hedstrom and Walker at point. Swing G is Buhr. Perhaps playing KR at that spot when Clougherty ineffective might have helped.

This conversation has gotten a bit silly. The team is 11-4 and 3-1 in the PL with an average margin of victory of about 10 ppg. They lose a game on the road to a very good BU team who is undefeated in the PL including a win over league favorite Bucknell and suddenly the fangs re-emerge. Not having Camryn Buhr is very much a big deal. She is our leading scorer, leading rebounder and the glue that holds this team together. Please don't underestimate the impact she has on the team.
I would much rather see a loss like this in January than in March. Down games happen. Learn and move on.

Chalk this one up as an anomaly. Didn’t move or share the ball at all today. 5-26 from 3? Maybe a handful of touches for our inside players down low. Not how they have played up to this point. Frosh class very talented, but need to learn to play within the system. CB being out hurts cause she gets her stuff within the system, finds others, others find her. Team feeds off that. All their goals are still in front of them. Hopefully lessons learned and a reset to get back to the way they’ve been playing.

10 points in the first half? That they weren't completely blown out is a miracle. This is a different team without CB, and not good different. Hopefully she'll be back soon. I agree with earlier poster who called her the glue that holds the team together
