Assistant coaches ...

Back-to-back PL champs 2016 and 2017.... but need to get back to relevance in the national FCS scene.

Apparently as LB coach.
Both very good recruiters. DiMichele played for TG and both hired by TG and kept by Chesney.

Kash to DC or something else? Noonan- love the young guy's passion for the game. Coaches hitting road tomorrow and think you will see some offers start to flow again on Monday. I'd try to peel of some middle class kids from Ivies since that don't have NLI and highlight chance at playing time considering Patriot vs Ivy rosters. You do play more football year round and have opportunity for more games than Ivy which is attractive to some kids.

Fully expect offers and OVs over the next week or so. Very hard to pry kids from Ivies. Most recruits choose Ivies for academic rep not football. Full rides might pick off a few. Dont know as spending much time pursuing them is worth it. There are a lot of recruits still out there and we need to double up on our recruit class.
It will be interesting to see how TG targets the offers

Sounds to me as if Kash maybe the new DC. Roberts highly liked by the players. If Noonan heading to LBs then maybe he stays. Interesting times.

From twitter last night, coaches hitting the road Monday to recruit. Guess Matt Ford on board for now. Confirms OVs will start soon.
Kashurba does seem most likely as DC. No scuttlebutt, worth repeating, as to the rest of the staff.

Not to disparage anyone but what does a tight ends coach actually do at Lehigh? It is sorta like being the guy who is responsible for checking the rain gauge in the Sahara Desert. The tool is there but we rarely use it.

Although I'm usually the optimist on here, my expectations for next season is not as high as many on here and it has nothing to do with our head coach. I fully expect us to be better defensively, the question becomes how much better can we expect in the first year with a lot of holes to fill in a defense that gave up 38 ppg last year. My hope is 24 ppg this year and that may be a tad optimistic.
I like Rashawn Allen, a lot but he may only be as good as his offensive line allows him to be. That too is a huge question mark.
For the 1st or 2nd time in a long time we go into the season without a known quantity at QB. Our receiving corps is good and deep but not spectacular. Our passing game right now is a work in progress.
Our kicking game was in shambles when Mish was hurt. He is now gone and as of now, there is no special teams coach.
On top of all that we will throw in a new system with a lot of new coaching faces who needs to get up to speed quickly in correctly assessing our strengths and weaknesses. Synergy may be tough to develop in Year 1 with so many moving parts.

Once again, just my opinion.
