Re: Rylan Rogers

BTW, no one is advocating RRogers drop to 174. Merely reporting what was said. It’s interesting information and not intended otherwise.

IF he can handle it, it fills a need. Still like the development of Schoppe as a viable option as well.

Re: Rylan Rogers

I agree. But many upper weights in high school either don’t cut much or wrestle up. RRogers doesn’t appear very tall, so body type wise it may be doable. If Logan could get to 165 after winning his last state title was at 182, it’s not like we haven’t seen this recently. That was 6 years later. We’l...

Re: Rylan Rogers

I don't think so in this case. Word is he's trying for 174. Pretty solid source. Don't ask.

Re: Rylan Rogers

mookie has a knack for knowing stuff like this. They wouldn't go to the trouble of bringing him in if he didn't have a place in the line-up. Whether it's 174 or 184, either one works for Lehigh. If either CRogers or JTDavis can man 184 and take that next step, then the line-up is taking shape, isn't...

Re: No Juice

mookie loves Lehigh wrestling....local guy, grew up with it....his level of passion is hard for many to understand.
Does it come across as negative at times? Yeah, but always from a place where he wants LU to be the best. Enough for me to give him the benefit of the doubt even when we disagree.

Re: No Juice

>>>>>> I welcome mookster back from his self imposed siesta. He can post whatever floats his boat. But it’s obvious that the overwhelming majority of his posts are negative and he suffers from some form of cu envy. I enjoy watching Lehigh wrestlers compete at the elite college level———and I definit...

Re: No Juice

Cornell has the #s 4, 12, 16, 23, 30, 38, 65, and 92 in their recruiting Class of 2025. So what? They aren't in our qualifier any longer. There are plenty of teams that out-recruit Lehigh....please don't list them all. You can only put 10 guys on the mat at a time...that includes Penn State. Lehigh...

Re: No Juice

No juice? That’s an absolute term. And inaccurate. Struggling with the portal and NIL? Yeah, maybe. But so is practically everyone else. I hear we are deep in the trenches for Rylan Rogers — a guy LU recruited out of Blair but lost to Michigan. These are our best shots, as previously mentioned. Lots...

Re: JOHN SMITH retires

When will it be decided about Brooks?

If Taylor goes, it will have minimal effect on the Okla St team as it's summer. If anything, it would be awesome for the program as every elite recruit wants top win the Olympics someday.

Can anyone think of a better way to launch a coaching career?
