I readily admit that every individual is unique in determining the college they wish to attend. I thought Lehigh was the perfect fit but of course I don't know all the factors. I would have thought home-sickness would have dissipated by his 6th year. But alas, we move on.

Re: Anatomy of Recruiting
Speaking of St Luke's, here is an article which is of note - St Luke's is supporting Lehigh wrestlers including Crookham, Beard, and Hines through an NIL program as well as facilitating local outreach - a pretty nice win/win. https://www.slhn.org/blog/2024/clinics-featuring-local-elite-collegiate-w...

Re: Anatomy of Recruiting
I am sure Zach jumping on Carroll with huge longshot. I want to take issue with HFO on Alice Gast. She was likely the worst ever President. She had virtually zero interpersonal skills & was managed by handlers. She shunned the outreach from St. Luke’s for Lehigh to create a Med School. No visio...

Re: Anatomy of Recruiting
This would be an awesome event if he truly transfers to Lehigh as it could put us in the hunt for Top 3 team at NCAA!! I assumed this was an Okie State done deal but maybe he really wants a top private school degree on his resume if he isn’t going to be a wrestling coach for his career? I don't thi...

Re: Anatomy of Recruiting
Call it what you want if it makes you feel bigger. Let me see if I can make this clearer. Terrell is an academically gifted student and would have no trouble qualifying for Lehigh. Just a guess, but since TB has already spent 5 years at Penn State, he has already begun working on a post-graduate pro...

Re: Anatomy of Recruiting
He should be 165. Some have speculated that he may want to drop to 157.
My post has more to do with paperwork than anything else. If I'm not mistaken Samuelson was announced in mid-June and it is just a hunch.

Re: Anatomy of Recruiting
How is a metro area with 800,000 people the "middle of nowhere"? At least this moron could look that up on the internet, but I guess it is too much work. It actually works against Lehigh for some wrestlers who want a more idyllic college environment. Being in State College or Ithaca "...

Re: U23 Nationals
Carter Bailey just beat Evan Mougalian (Penn 125/133 backup) 12-9 after a back and forth battle. He faces Missouri-bound Beca stud Kollin Rath next. :? And no D3, no entries in U20 from any current or future LU wrestlers from what I could find. The U20 team trials brackets are very small. You may b...

Re: Rogers Vs. Rogers
Can someone explain why Darrah, Stewart and CRogers wrestled 220 at the Prep Tournament and they all wrestled 184 in college.? They (Malvern) had top 3 placers at the next two weights down. Perhaps Caden would have won there but was considered strong enough to place at 220 and they felt it likely t...
