'23. Class to date

Back-to-back PL champs 2016 and 2017.... but need to get back to relevance in the national FCS scene.

What are you thoughts about the quality of the class compared to the other schools in the league? Any updates from spring practice?

It's not on par with a majority of other classes on "paper" but given the circumstances it's pretty solid. Coach brought in football players..kids that hit, grind and are physical.
He knows they need better skill players, speed and especially a QB but he's starting with a culture so from that perspective I'd consider it a success

Way to early for any definitive comparisons. That said Cross brought in the deepest clas by far. Daunting to say the least.
Fordham an eclectic group but loaded with difference makers at QB,RB and WR.
The rest of PL a potluck mixture. Everyone got some real good players.
Us? Better than I feared not as good as we need. DL,DB and WR positions did very well. Cahill filled the class with solid PL level players. Plus he kept some 5th years and rescued transfers from the portal.

Given the current culture and climate surrounding Lehigh football I've really taken an interest to what is going on at Holy Cross and Fordham. Great to see the PL can still produce nationally viable programs with the proper leadership!
