Cliff Keen
Re: Cliff Keen
Sorry to disagree...
This team as far as I know is pretty banged up. Our new HWT will likely not be eligible since NCSt will be in the middle of finals. Our showpiece at 133 will almost certainly not be there and as noted, finals will be starting shortly after their return. I want all of our wrestlers academically eligible in the second semester.
I see almost no upside and plenty of downside. This Tournament makes no sense for Lehigh. Every team is different.

Re: Cliff Keen
When do the Service Academies have finals? The weekend of the ARMY-NAVY (dec 14, 2024) game is right in the middle of Lehigh's final period (Dec 10-18). And it is not like the only people involved are the 100 players.
Re: Cliff Keen
Competing this weekend after near FATAL incident,..impressive!

Re: Cliff Keen
Guessing Sasso is a little over rated at 165 at this point ......will be interesting to see how he fares as he progresses in tournament against the better/bigger 165's.......
Either way though an amazing comeback.......

Re: Cliff Keen
Looks like he had a comeback win to take out #20 ranked guy. The fact he can come back from his early prognosis and get ranked wins is insane.

Re: Cliff Keen
he must have gone a little too deep with the flip-off split at the last away dualSpladle1988 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 06, 2024 5:34 pmBeen reported he's "injured".............psychologically or physically though has not been reported
OKla St
Well, I guess Okla St is a lot better than most people thought. They have dominated Vegas with 5 in the finals and 10 placers. Safe to say this would not have happened with John Smith as coach. So very difficult for ADs to replace an iconic coach, in any sport, but this was well timed indeed for the Cowboys wrestling fortunes. They will leap frog Nebraska to #3, possibly #2 with Teemer out. They have talent and are wrestling lights out.
