Thanks for the explanation. HEW makes sense ... doing this your whole life non-stop, full-tilt. Some are bound to burn out or get frustrated.

If a guy reaches that point, he does not sign up for a dramatic weight cut, fight off multiple a challengers for the starting spot, miss only one dual in a long hard season, wrestle back thru 5 EIWA bouts to earn a trip to the NCAAs and be ecstatic that he has two more weeks of wrestling and a chance to wrestle the best guys in the country.

Despite including some of what mookie mentioned, Ryan Crookham comes off as a genuinely nice guy in his interviews.

The interviewer asked a question that I couldn't make out and the answer was that the person in question had helped him improve. Who were they talking about?
