3 NJ state champs and a bunch of top PA kids in the semis. Feels like better than solid to me. V good class forming here.

Dupler lost a bristling sizzles. The ultimate coin toss bout. Five escapes each in under ~7 seconds

Bad round Only Zeigler makes finals. I think, obviously, their opponents were a little more complete. Gaj, of Quakertown looks to be a major talent 48-0 sophomore.

Junior Ziegler is state runner up & sr Repos takes 3rd place.

Hopefully Ziegler is state champ next year & teammate Gaj becomes 3 time state champ & follows Ziegler to South Mountain.

Gaj (pronounced Gai I think) Is the real deal. Church kept poking him in the eye (3 maybe 4 times) but looked closer to the TDS

Certainly a great possible Trio in 2025 would be Desmond, Rath, and Gaj., Beca, Beca, Quakertown.

faith Christian is also in/very near Quakertown.

We always seem to be shooting for recruits that are underclassmen - when there was plenty of elite PA talent this year we didn’t sign. Right in our backyard. Until Lehigh is successful in landing elite D11 kids in more numbers, they will continue to suck hind tit.

Bethlehem Catholic won the A3 team title by a wide margin. I believe the Cruz's have been the only two highly ranked kids from there to choose LU in recent years. Nazareth came in second. Who was the last highly ranked kid from there to matriculate? One would think that wrestling close to home so one's family and friends could attend would be a plus. But maybe kids from the area are all too familiar with the LU wrestling program and don't consider it a highly desirable destination.

Elliot Riddick was a classmate of Randy Cruz.

Luke Karam. Same Style as Mike Brown, unfortunately that style no longer seems to be working well, same style as Ciasullis

Hopefully we have at least an inside track to Rath

Kids now are committing after their sophomore year so that is where the recruiting needs to be focused not on seniors. Sasso is one of the few studs that did not commit until after his junior year.

He had a really good interview on True Wrestling before his senior year where he talked about his 5 final schools & one of those was actually Clarion because of how much he liked the head coach who was the first to contact him when it became permissible. That is why Pat needs to engage with sophomores as it is a different ballgame.

agree however that we must get these stud local kids & there are plenty of them vs spending time flying all over the country to convince kids from midwest etc to come to Lehigh.
