Beard needs this riding point.....he's screwed if it goes to OT

Thank God!! Two going in the blood round tonight....shame about Tate, guy was a nice addition for us this year. Shame we only had him for 1yr.

Holds on long enough to get the RT and smart to shoot in and make a long scramble holding onto knees/ankles to take up the final 40 seconds, smart period. 1 semifinalist, 2 blood rounds, and a heartbreaking loss for Tate to end his career.

Malyke and Beard get to wrestle for medals tonight and Josh for a place in the finals, not bad.

What a transfer pickup of Tate, glad he joined us for his final year.

Like others disappointed for Tate, he served us well as a fill in this year, good luck to him in all his endeavors...

Malyke is now officially the king of defensive pins......

Taylor has come a long way since the beginning of the year, both the guys who beat him continued to win and are thru and into the blood round......

Josh with tough as heck test tonite, hope he pulls one out.....

Beard gets another shot at Truax from Cal-Poly and Malyke gets McNeil from UNC......both one win away from the podium......

133 semi's will be very interesting....

3 into Friday night session is a positive.
Nice matchups tonight, no easy task for any of them.
See who comes out on top.

I think I remember a tournament a few years back where MB4 met McNeil in the finals. It was pretty even until MB4 got pinned. Sound familiar?
