He’s not only an excellent wrestler, but also a great representative for Lehigh wrestling.
He handles wins and difficult losses with class and is the type of veteran that young guys can learn from and emulate in both the wresting room and the class room.
The way he handled a questionable refs call in last years Easterns and the way he bounced back from his tough NCAA semis loss this years tells you all you need to know about his character and commitment.
Plus, as a long time fan, Josh is flat out a fun guy to watch wrestle

In addition to being a highly accomplished and super tough wrestler, Humphreys didn't scream, flex or otherwise showboat when he won and didn't throw a tantrum, whine or sulk when he lost. A model for LU wrestlers.

Josh was out during the Covid year due to injury. So he can try to get a medical redshirt. He has to wait until this season is over to try to get it.
