We wish him well. T-Nick is the coach there, if you don't recall.

If Bryant gassed in Bethlehem, how does he expect to succeed in Colorado?

Looks like it's going to be Hines, Munch, Grungo or Repos at 149 - although Brignola is listed as a 149 on the roster notwithstanding his recently competing at a much higher weight and it having been reported on these pages that he's moving up. Portal entries have pretty much come to a standstill and it doesn't appear there are any 149 standouts on the current list.

whiz: Are you pre-supposing Crookham at 133 or 141? Have you heard if McG has recovered fully?

Munch, to me, is an enigma. Plenty strong, usually starts fast, then ends not so fast. I agree Max looks to be moving to 157; no longer needed at 149 and likely can't hold that weight anyway and be effective. Hines' length makes him a good 149 candidate if he adds enough muscle. AA Jon Milner from App State had a similar build.

Also agree the portal has run dry for this year but I think LU did well getting Hunter Mays. Not fair to judge a true frosh too harshly. His pedigree is outstanding. Beard, Samuelson, Mays -- good work by our staff. We will never sign multiple AAs thru the portal due to $$$$$ limitations. Grabbing 1-2 per year who are credible is fine. It's a supplement to regular recruiting, that's all.

O, no idea as to Crookham or McGonagle. But I think there may be a guy or two on this forum who's privy to information not available to the rest.

Gimp: are you at liberty to discuss McGonagle's recovery? And if he is fully recovered, what the plan may be for 133, 141, and 149?

Haven't heard anything one way or the other. Only even been up there once since the season.
Can't remember if I saw Mcg that time.

I agree with Wiz and Oracle's thoughts
Lanky Max will be better up a level.
Don't Max and and Hunter both have a red shirt yet? If so, both can be a good year for both.
Also, I didn't see all of Max's bouts, but remember several bouts where he was best in the 3d period and won. Impressive!
Hope fore some info soon.

Lehigh will be worse in the middle (149 - 174) than they were this past year. Let that sink in.
