I was in the room a few weeks ago and was ecstatic to see Rogers working out with Jordan Kutler. He still has it for sure. Was not only working out with him but spending time teaching/coaching him between the live go’s

Does one need a top secret security clearance and the signing of a nondisclosure agreement in order to attend a practice? I see that a number of posters have done so. Given the level of secrecy when it comes to the wrestlers I'd be surprised if just anybody can walk in.

Not really. Pat is very generous. I’d suggest you use your real name instead of your screen name. That will help.

If I decide to make the fairly long trek to observe a practice, I'll grab a cheesesteak along the way. Then I'll give the coach both my real name and my screen name, and if he kicks me out I'll at least have had the cheesesteak, so the trip won't have been a total loss.

Did I see Lawrence at 163 & Rogers at 174?
Hope this is a sign of transition for both of them for next season. we need to be lean & mean.

**** Whiz: Practice has always been open since I started attending practices. I used to go about every 3 weeks while I lived in the Lehigh Valley. I always found both the coaches and wrestlers to be friendly and willing to engage.

I’d anticipate the Rogers grouping to be targeting 184.
