>>>>>>>> Nice article on Flo ( non paywall section) on LVWC raising funds to establish the Greg Strobel Legacy Fund.
Goal is to raise $3 mm, establish an endowment, and utilize the earnings for LVWC annual needs.
A fitting legacy as Greg started the LVWC ( original name was LVAC) and his contributions to Lehigh wrestling were significant.
I hope they are successful———— and use a portion of the annual income to compensate Lehigh wrestlers for teaching/clinics/speaking engagements in keeping with NIL guidelines. In other words, spread the wealth between both post-grads and current Lehigh wrestlers.

Re: Greg Strobel Legacy Fund
Seems like a very worth-while endeavor honoring a superb Wrestler, Coach, and outstanding individual.

Met him briefly at a Lehigh function, and asked him were they not aware of what a WACK-JOB they were dealing with at Foxcatcher? DuPont was eccentric for sure he said, but I didn't think he'd SHOOT somebody, let alone Dave Schultz! Also spoke to him at the Princeton Open were he seemed in good spirits after recovering from a BOUT with Cancer. Very approachable,..A-MAN'S MAN so to speak!

Yea, you're right Gimp,..generally NOT a hit-n-run type of individual. Would love to hoist a few COLD-ONES with you at the Brass Rail, as you're well-traveled,.. and have RUBBED-ELBOWS with legends!
