Check out the new and improved IM website. What they have done to the 'commitments' section is awesome. You can now not only sort by team, but by weight!! Really subscriber-friendly. A major enhancement -- nice job Willie.

edit: The only thing is -- there is a ton of inaccurate info. Hope they get it cleaned up. Over-all, it was a nice enhancement.
